(2) The volume charge is based on actual water consumption throughout the year. Water consumed through a meter installation approved by the City solely for irrigation water is not used to calculate sewer charges.

(3) Uses listed within the non-residential categories are illustrative, other uses assigned by the City based on estimated effluent characteristics.

(4) Uses with pre-treatment will be assigned to the relevant class by the City following annual certification of their pre-treatment program.

IRRIGATION RATE

The irrigation rate is calculated by using the average water consumption, of the months December through February, as the reflective sewer use for winter. New residential accounts that do not have a history of consumption will be given an assumed winter average of 550 cubic feet until such time that history can be established.

The irrigation rate is applied to residential accounts only.
